Partner & Owner Agreement

01. Asset Stewardship

Owners agree to provide vehicles that meet the "Five-Star Experience" standard for both drivers and riders.

Owners are responsible for ensuring that vehicle components (such as doors and interiors) are respected and that drivers are held accountable for equipment care and mechanical integrity.

02. Safety & Compliance

  Ground Rules: Partners must ensure all vehicles operate within iTop Shayela safety guidelines to protect the community at large.

• 02.2

  Seatbelt Policy: It is the owner's responsibility to ensure functional seatbelts are available for all occupants in every vehicle assigned to the platform.
